1.1 This agreement is a legal agreement between you ("you", the "User") and ImageRemoval ("ImageRemoval", "we", "us") governing your use of the ImageRemoval AI background removal service (the "Service").
1.2 By signing in, purchasing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1.3 You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, and at least 18 where required to enter into a paid contract). If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
1.4 We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or applicable law. We will revise the "Last updated" date and give notice of material changes on the Service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
2.1 ImageRemoval provides an AI-based online image background removal service. You upload an image, our system detects and removes the background, and you receive a transparent result to download.
2.2 The Service is offered in the following ways:
2.3 We may adjust free allowances, service features, and plan prices. Changes to prices never apply retroactively to a plan you have already purchased.
3.1 Registration and sign-in are handled through Google Sign-In. We do not issue or store a separate password, and we do not require a phone number. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use to access the Service, and for all activity that occurs through your account. Do not share access with others.
3.3 If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact us immediately at support@imageremoval.shop. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to notify us promptly.
3.4 We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that show abusive behaviour, including farming free credits, circumventing paid limits, or making bulk automated requests.
4.1 You agree to use the Service in compliance with all laws that apply to you, and you must not upload or process any of the following:
4.2 You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions for every image you upload. You are solely responsible for the content you process, and you agree to indemnify ImageRemoval against claims arising from it.

4.4 If you breach this section, we may immediately stop providing the Service, suspend or terminate your account, and pursue any available legal remedies.
4.5 Copyright complaints. If you believe content processed through the Service infringes your rights, contact support@imageremoval.shop with the details needed to identify the material. We will review and act on valid notices.
5.1 The original images you upload and the processed results remain yours. ImageRemoval claims no ownership over them.
5.2 The Service itself — including its software, models, interface design, trademarks, and branding — belongs to ImageRemoval and is protected by law. It may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.
5.3 You grant us only the limited, temporary permission necessary to process your image and deliver the result. This permission ends when processing completes.
6.1 The Service offers credit packs and duration plans. Current prices and contents are shown on the purchase page and are charged in US dollars (USD) through PayPal.
6.2 Plans remain valid for their stated period, or until their credits are used, and then expire.
6.3 Credits and plans are digital content supplied immediately on purchase. By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once the content has been supplied — this applies where such a right exists, for example for consumers in the EU or the UK.
6.4 If the Service does not work as described due to a fault on our side, contact support@imageremoval.shop and we will resolve it, including issuing a refund or restoring credits where appropriate. Refunds are processed through PayPal, and PayPal's own buyer protection policies apply where relevant.
6.5 You agree not to make fraudulent purchases or abuse refund processes. We may suspend accounts and pursue remedies where this occurs.
7.1 The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.2 AI cutout technology has inherent limitations, and we do not warrant:

7.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageRemoval is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill — even if we were advised such damages were possible.
8.2 Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8.3 You acknowledge that these limitations are reasonable and are a necessary condition of us being able to offer the Service at its current prices.
9.1 How we collect, use, and protect personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9.2 Images you upload are processed only temporarily and are not persistently stored. They are not used to train models and are not sold.
9.3 We will not sell or rent your images or personal data to third parties.
10.1 You may stop using the Service at any time, and may delete your account from your dashboard.
10.2 If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access. Where you have breached section 4, no refund is owed.
10.3 We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for business, legal, or technical reasons. Where we discontinue a paid plan you have purchased, we will provide a pro-rata refund or equivalent credits.
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ImageRemoval's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11.2 Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction that grants you this right, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
